WE OFFER FREE UK POSTAGE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £30

Christmas Delivery Deadlines

To be guaranteed delivery for Christmas our couriers have given us the following deadlines for UK customers:
Standard Delivery is available until 3pm on December 20th for delivery before Christmas.
Next Working Day Delivery is available until 3pm on December 21st for delivery before Christmas.
You can purchase from our Faversham store right up until 4.00pm on the 24th of December.

What are the UK delivery options?

Standard Delivery - Free delivery on orders over £30

  • 2-4 working days. £1.95 for orders under £30
  • Despatch and delivery is between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays). Order before 3pm during this time and we'll aim to despatch your order the same day
  • Free standard delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only
  • £30 is the value of the goods after any promotional deductions i.e. 10% discount code

Next Working Day - £3.95

  • Despatch and delivery is between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • £3.95 for all orders
  • Orders must be placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday to be despatched on the same day and delivered on the next working day
  • UK mainland addresses only. Service unavailable in remote locations such as parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
  • £30 is the value of the goods after any promotional deductions i.e. 10% discount code

 


    What are your dispatching hours?

    We dispatch Monday - Friday from 9am to 4pm. Next Working Day orders must be placed by 3pm to be dispatched that day.


    UK Next Working Day Information

    Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Friday to be dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends and public holidays. We cannot offer our next working day option to certain remote locations including some parts of the Scottish Highlands, Belfast and Northern Ireland.


    When will you despatch my order?

    All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. This is usually same working day when placed before 3pm.

    Please note: At exceptionally busy times like Christmas or in periods of adverse weather conditions deliveries may be delayed by a day or two beyond normal timescales quoted. At these times we cannot guarantee next day delivery when selected.


    Can I use an alternative delivery address?

    If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply supply an alternative delivery address when checking out.

    Please note: The Billing address must be the address your payment card is registered to. PO Box addresses may not be accepted.


    Can I Track My Delivery?

    Yes, when we dispatch your order we will email you with the tracking details.

    Tracking details will not appear or update on the Royal Mail Web Site until the parcel has entered into their schedule approximately 24 hours after dispatch has been actioned


    I've missed my delivery

    For Royal Mail parcels which have been attempted to be delivered and returned back to the customer’s local Royal Mail collection office. The Royal Mail collection depot must be contacted/visited by the customer’s themselves providing proof of identity and calling card. This is the customer’s responsibility to check if parcel being held at their depot, and to arrange to collect the goods.


    Will I need to sign for my delivery?

    We use a variety of Royal Mail, and DHL services for deliveries in the UK, some of these services may require proof of delivery. Some international shipments may also require a signature as proof of delivery.

    Channel Islands: Guernsey & Jersey

    £3.95 - Takes 2-4 days from date of dispatch.


      Europe

      FREE on orders over £150.
      £10.00 on orders below £150. Generally takes 3-5 working days from date of despatch. Countries covered:

      We use Royal Mail International, DHL International  and DHL, deliveries can take 3-31 days from dispatch dependent on location.


      Brexit, VAT and Import duties

      If your delivery country is not within United Kingdom, no UK VAT will be applied to your order.

      For exports to countries outside the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes by your government. You will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

      All duties, taxes and service charges are the responsibility of you the purchaser/importer.

      Any consignments refused by you the importer will incur a £20 fee and the actual cost of the shipment and it's return costs will be deducted from any refund.


      Missing or Damaged Delivery?

      If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately, either by email hello@halocline.co.uk or by calling us on 0330 122 1439.

      If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. Customer Services they can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation.

      If your goods have simply gone missing for UK orders we simply have to wait 5 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods. If you are an overseas customer we have to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch, after this period has passed we can re-send the goods.
