Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website.

We use DHL Economy and DHL Express.

If your delivery country is not within United Kingdom, no UK VAT will be applied to your order.

For exports to countries outside the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes by your government (separate to our delivery charge). You will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

All duties, taxes and service charges are the responsibility of you the purchaser/importer.

Any consignments refused by you the importer will incur a GBP £20 / EUR €24 / USD $25  fee and the actual cost of the shipment and it's return costs will be deducted from any refund.

Orders to the USA over USD $800 including shipping will be subject to delay by US Customs until duties are paid.
